Shipping & Payments Policy

SHIPPING & PAYMENTS: FAQ

• Order processing times are 1-2 business days. We do our best to process them within 24 hours. (Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or US holidays.)

• Phone numbers are required for all orders in order to provide quicker customer service when dealing with processing and shipping. Customers' information will never be distributed or sold.
• All orders are subject to complete verification. We reserve the right to hold/confirm/cancel orders as needed.

Free US Shipping (When Applicable)

On occasion, ShineBx.com offers promotional free shipping on select dates and select products. We use USPS Parcel Shipping (3-7 Business days) for orders shipped within the Continental US. This excludes Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), US Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and Military addresses. For orders containing only apparel or Accessories with free shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS first class/priority or other methods at our own discretion.
Please Note: All items Returned and originally purchased with Free Shipping will incur a $10 restocking fee per item as the transaction no longer qualifies for free shipping.

If Shipping and Billing Addresses are different

• We only ship to Confirmed shipping addresses (Billing and Shipping Addresses being the same).
• In order to prevent fraud, ShineBx.com performs checks if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, our CSR will contact the cardholder/Paypal account holder via phone/email to verify the legitimacy of the purchase.
• The order may be subject to a delay of processing or cancellation, in which the money will be refunded back to the credit card/Paypal account.

If Shipping to an Alternative Address

Please contact your Credit Card Company and also make changes to your Paypal account to add the alternative ship-to address prior to your purchase. Please make sure that the address is confirmed with Paypal and your Credit Card Company prior to purchase. ShineBx.com does not accept alternative shipping addresses not on file with Paypal for any other reason in order to keep a safe online environment. Please do not message us to ship to an addresses other than the confirmed address stated in the Paypal account during checkout.

Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address information, holidays, carrier complications, or Customs.

• The International shipping costs do not include customs fees, taxes, & duties. International Customers will be responsible for any customs fees & duties upon delivery in their country.
• Please allow additional time for processing delays at customs. Shinebx.com is not responsible for any holds or other delays caused by a customer's country customs department.
• Feel free to email us (support@shinebx.com) to help locate your package at any time.
• For high value orders we may delay processing and request ID verification through email.
• While delivery times can be provided, they are not guaranteed given the courier’s responsibility once a product is shipped. Estimated Times are obtained through the couriers' websites.
• For packages that are Unclaimed / Returned to sender / Returned due to incomplete address, the actual shipping charges will not be refunded and a restocking fee of $10 per item will be deducted from the refund.
• Each order cannot exceed 6 pairs of shoes or it will exceed USPS's limit for an international outgoing package, please place a separate order when you have reached 6 pairs of shoes. If the sizes or weights are larger than normal or exceed limits we will contact you via email.

FAQ: Shipping

How can I check on the status of my order?
Customers with a registered User ID can log in to shinebx.com. The MY ACCOUNT link contains all the info needed for tracking your item and viewing your order history.
Orders placed as a guest? please contact us with your order# to check your status.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in the order it is received. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. With USPS Priority Domestic shipping you should receive your package in about 1-3 business days from time item was processed (or sooner if using a different shipping method). Expedited shipments are usually processed same day (see estimated times tables above).

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped using USPS. On the occasion, we may use UPS or FedEx.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
• Expedited delivery services are shipped using USPS Priority and are time sensitive which may take 2 to 3 Business days. Please refer to the ship table and info for timing. For Priority Express (2 days or less) please contact us for availability.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Please refer to our International Ship policy for details.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED during Shipment?
•ShineBx is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. The courier company holds full responsibility upon departure from ShineBx's shipping facility.
• Customers are advised to file a loss/damage claim directly through the courier. ShineBx will provide all necessary information needed to facilitate the claim.
• We can only initiate a claim if deemed a clerical error on our part.
• Due to liability of the courier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been resolved and reimbursed. Please note: Claims can take up to 60 business days or as otherwise stated by the courier.

FAQ: Payments


Paypal – Major Credit Cards, Bank Payments, Paypal payments accepted
ShineBx.com accepts credit cards, bank payments, and PayPal funds via PayPal as a payment site. PayPal is a worldwide trusted company built on a 100% secure server.

Customers without a PayPal account will be prompted to create one as they go through the payment process or checkout as a guest.

All customers must place their orders with a confirmed address to ensure the protection of ShineBx and its customers. Please be sure the address is entered correctly both on the ShineBx.com online site and PayPal prior to completing the order, as both billing and shipping addresses must match in order to be confirmed.


Orders will only be shipped to the PayPal confirmed address and will be processed once payments are completed. Any differences in shipping address will be subject to delay or cancellation. Customers will be contacted for verification via phone.
