Return Policy FAQ
- We accept returns Post marked within 14 calendar days of purchase with a valid RMA#. Returns beyond that time are not accepted.
- All shoes must be in their Original box, Packaging, Unworn, Undamaged, and all tags and accessories must be attached and included.
- All apparel must have their tags still attached and Unworn.
- Items returned worn, damaged, or without box and tags will not be accepted and returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.
- All Refunds will be issued minus any Actual Shipping Charges incurred.
- Refunds for orders using Free Shipping will incur a restocking fee of $10 per Pair
- Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions regarding Returns.
- Once we have received your return at our location, we will notify you within 7 business days when your return has been completed.
- NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES for the following: Nike Launch product, Nike Quickstrike, Jordan QS / Retro, New Balance QS / Launch, Asics QS / Launch, Adidas QS / Launch, Saucony QS / Launch, Consignment Shoes / Resell items. Listings will be marked FINAL SALE.
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#)
- Please fill out every field to the right and request a "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION"
- We will need: Order ID#, Return details (Style, Color, Size), Email address, Phone Number, Name
- Please write a brief message of what you would like to return
What is your Return and Exchange Process?
We make returns fast and convenient. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, then postmark it back within 14 days from the date it was delivered for a refund after filling in the return form for an RMA#.
- You have 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to postmark your printed return form and a valid authorized RMA#.
- Products must be Unworn, in the Brand New state you received them, and in their original packaging.
- All Returns must be shipped in an outer shipping box (double boxed). No exceptions!
- At this time we do not process exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for your desired replacement(s).
Return shipping Process
- You can use any shipping company to send your return (Please keep tracking information handy to track your return).
- Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Your return must be shipped in an external shipping box with all original content and packaging inside along with the printed Return Form and RMA#.
How to Return:
Step 1: Fill out a Return/RMA Request. Wait for an RMA# to be emailed to your Email address.
Step 2: Print out the Return Form/RMA# and Send the original item(s) with the printed form inside of your shipping box.
Step 3: Mail your return according to the directions on RMA#
What do I do when I received a Wrong or damaged order?
We guarantee that all our items are brand new, Unworn, Authentic, and come in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the perfect condition of the shoebox, packaging, or minor creases/threads in the products as they arrive to us direct from the Brand Warehouses. However, in the event that you received an incorrect order or an obvious defect, we will make it right.

Please be prepared to provide Pictures of your damaged or incorrect item for documentation purposes.
How are refunds issued?
Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued on the original method of payment used for the order, within 1 billing cycle via Paypal as our internet payment portal.
Can I exchange items?
Currently we are only able to do returns, in the case that you would like a different style or size, please purchase the item in the size you are specifying and refer to Returns/Refunds for the unwanted item. Please contact us with any inquiries using the fields to the right or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All Return Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
How are refunds issued?
Only returns processed with a valid RMA # in unworn condition with original box and Tags will be issued a refund. All refunds will consist of price of the item(s) minus Actual Shipping costs or fees if any apply. Please allow 1 billing cycle to process. All Shipping costs involved in a purchase are not refundable. Restocking fees for items purchased with our Free Shipping will apply. Please refer to RETURNS for the fees table.
I need to change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible so that we may handle your situation. Any changes or requests after an order has shipped cannot be accommodated.
Do I have to pay shipping for my return?
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. This Applies to International Returns as well.
How can I check my return status?
All users with a registered User ID can logon to the ACCOUNT and will be able to check the status of their Return/RMA #.
Guest users will receive an email regarding their RMA # and information related.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow 7-10 business days to process your refund. It may take 1 billing cycle for refunds to appear on your account.
Unclaimed/Returned to sender/Returned due to incomplete address
In the event that we receive a return marked "Unclaimed / Returned to Sender / Returned due to incomplete address", the actual shipping charges will not be refunded and a restocking fee of $10 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. All other unauthorized returns without a valid RMA# and Return Form will be refused and sent back at the buyers expense when claimed. Please make sure all info entered during checkout is correct to ensure a smooth transaction.
