                Returns for refunds are accepted according to our Return policy. In the rare case that there is a problem with the item, please contact us in store or contact us at returns@ShineBx.com 

                All Consignment Merchandise are Final Sale. No Returns or Exchanges are accepted for the purchase of consigned merchandise. All questions and concerns should be addressed before the transaction is made.

                How do I change or cancel my order?

                    Please contact support@ShineBx.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that most orders are shipped and processed soon after the order placement is received. We emphasize speed in our process, and we may not be able to accommodate all change or cancellation requests.

                      What forms of Payment do you accept?

                        ShineBx.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, and PayPal for orders processed through our site.

                        It is recommended that Customers create a Paypal account as it is a highly secure payment portal for many websites that accept it.

                        Customers without a PayPal account will have an option to set up an account with Paypal while you go through the payment process. However, you do not need to create a PayPal account if you choose not to. You will be prompted by PayPal with the option to create an account with them after the transaction goes through.

                        We are also expanding into the Crypto Currency space as well.

                        We will be accepting Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Litecoin in the near future via Coinbase.

                              How Long will it take to receive my order? 

                              Domestic:

                              USPS Priority Shipping – 1-3 business days (estimated time for Domestic Shipment)

                              Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

                              International:

                              For USPS Priority International orders, please allow 5~10 business days. If the order has not arrived within the time frame, there may be a delay due to the destination country's Customs clearing process. Customs departments are government entities and cannot be contacted directly. Shipping couriers can only find out information on the phase of processing after each checkpoint. Unfortunately these delays can be expected for most international orders. Please expect to pay customs fees and taxes if applicable. Feel free to contact us to help you locate your package at any time.
